Sub Pump Fuel Delivery

We design and manufacture custom-made control panels for filling stations that employ submersible pumps for delivering fuel to the dispensers. Each panel takes into account the site pipe work layout and our SPI/1 interface module ensures the correct pump is selected when a dispenser signals a demand.

The panels can include the control gear for the submersible pumps and the electrical supplies for the dispensers, including vapour recovery when required. Electrical supplies are fitted with earth leakage protection where appropriate to comply with the regulations. Terminals are provided for interfacing with leak management systems such as Veeder Root. There are also interlocks provided for remote shutdown of the forecourt supplies in case of fireman’s switch activation or emergency stop buttons.

Each panel is provided with a set fully engineered wiring diagrams and is fully tested prior to delivery.
